Our approach

Focused, one-to-one sessions

Each visit happens in a closed treatment room with just you and your physiotherapist. We blend hands-on techniques with exercise you can actually fit into daily life, so you always know what to do between appointments and why it matters.

Questions before you come

Helpful answers

What people most often ask before booking. Anything else — call the clinic and we will talk it through.

Can I book without seeing my GP first?

Yes. Contact the clinic directly and we aim to offer an appointment within the same week, frequently within two days. Unsure if physio is right for you? Ask for a brief no-charge phone call first.

What will I pay for treatment?

The initial consultation is £58 for 60 minutes and includes treatment that day. Follow-ups are £48 for 30 minutes. A 20-minute exercise check-in, in person or by video, is £32. Everything is pay-as-you-go with no upfront packages.

What should I expect on my first visit?

A private, one-to-one assessment of your movement, strength and history lasting around an hour. You receive a clear explanation of the problem, hands-on treatment during the session and a written exercise sheet to take home.

How many appointments might I need?

Most people improve within four to seven sessions after the first visit, though every case differs. We discuss likely timelines early and adjust the plan as you progress.

Can I claim through private health insurance?

Yes — the clinic works with major insurers. Confirm your policy covers outpatient physiotherapy, then call 01234 567 890 and we will arrange your booking.

Patient feedback

Experiences from people across Hampshire and Berkshire.

★★★★★

"Weeks of lower-back pain made sitting at my desk unbearable. Sarah took time to explain the cause and after five visits I was cycling again without wincing. Steady, patient and genuinely knowledgeable."

David L. · Winchester
★★★★★

"I rolled my ankle during a Sunday league match and assumed I would miss the rest of the season. The rehab progressed sensibly each week and nine weeks later I was playing again with better ankle stability than before."

Priya K. · Basingstoke
★★★★★

"After hip surgery I was anxious about pushing too hard. Sarah's structured recovery built my confidence step by step. Five months on I am gardening and walking the grandchildren to school without a stick."
